Binance.us is the United States affiliate of global exchange Binance.com.

Customer records from Binance.us can be downloaded from its mobile app, or on a web browser on a computer.

Instructions to download transaction history are provided on the exchange’s website and summarized below.

From the Mobile App

1. From the home screen, click the profile icon (usually located in the top right corner).

2. Scroll down to the Account section and select Reports.

3. Select Custom Reports.

4. Customize the report by:

   (a) Setting the date range to encompass all transactions you have executed with the account, and

   (b) Setting the format to CSV

5. Click Generate.

From the Binance.us Website

1. Sign in to your Binance.us account on a web browser.

2. Hover the cursor over your name in the top right corner and click Export Reports from the drop-down menu.

3. Under Custom Reports, set the following parameters:

   (a) Set the date range to encompass all transactions you have executed with the account, and

   (b) Set the format to CSV

4. Click Generate Report.

CashApp is an electronic payment services provider that allows users to buy and send Bitcoin.

Transaction records can be exported using these steps:

1. Sign in to your CashApp account.

2. Select Activity from the menu on the left side of the screen.

3. The site should now display a list of your transactions. At the top of the list should be a button for Download. Click this button. A spreadsheet (.csv) file of your transaction history will automatically download.

Coinbase provides instructions for downloading transaction history on its website as summarized below.

These steps should be completed using a web browser on your computer:

1. Sign in to your Coinbase account.

2. Click on the Menu icon from the home screen (usually signified by a square of dots located in the upper right corner) and select Accounts.

3. Click on Statements.

4. Generate a Custom Statement by:
   (a) Setting the date range to encompass all transactions you have executed with the account, and 
   (b) Setting the format to CSV.

5. Click Generate.

Coinbase Wallet is a self-custodial wallet application. Unlike customer accounts on the main Coinbase exchange platform, Coinbase Wallet doesn't provide the ability to export full transaction history.

However, Coinbase Wallet does allow you to export a list of your public addresses, which can then be used to view and download your transaction history using an open-source blockchain explorer.

1. Open the Coinbase Wallet.

2. Go to Settings. (Gear icon in upper right corner.)

3. Under Wallets, select any Address.

4. Click on Export Public Addresses.

5. At the bottom of the page — under the subheading “Addresses & xPubs” — click the blue button marked COPY.

6. Paste the copied information into the text of an email or note on your device.

Each public address can be entered into a blockchain explorer, such as Etherscan.io for the Ethereum network or Blockchair.com for Bitcoin. These free sites allow users to view the complete transaction history of every address on the blockchain. Follow the instructions provided to download/export the transaction history as a .csv or .pdf file.

Customer account records can be downloaded from the Crypto.com website, but must be exported in separate files for (1) Transactions, (2) Orders, and (3) Deposits & Withdrawals.

Instructions are provided below and on the Crypto.com website.

1. Sign in to your Crypto.com account.

2. Go to the Dashboard and select Transaction History, then export a .csv file for each period since your first trade with the exchange.

3. You will receive a .zip file, which will need to be opened (“unzipped”) on a computer.

4. Go back to your Crypto.com Exchange account and go the Orders page, then select Order History to download a new .csv file for up to 6 months of spot trades.

5. Repeat the same steps for Deposits & Withdrawals.

NOTE: Due to date range limitations on the website, it may be more efficient to export transaction history from the Crypto.com App. (Instructions are provided below.) The website limits each download to 1 to 6 months of activity, depending on transaction type. These date range restrictions do not apply to the Crypto.com App.

If you had a Crypto.com exchange account prior to November 2022, and are not finding the earlier data in the exported files, then navigate to the Archive section.

The Archive section is found under the Profile menu. Select each sub-account (Spot Wallets or Margin Wallets) to export its transaction history before November 2022.

Transaction history from the Crypto.com App can be exported to a spreadsheet (.csv) file.

Export instructions are provided on the website and below:

1. Open the Crypto.com App and sign in.

2. Go to the Accounts tab.

3. Click on Transaction History, located in the top right corner.

4. Click on Export, located in the top right corner.

5. Click on the Transaction drop-down menu, and select Crypto Wallet.

6. Select a start date that will include ALL of your transactions.

7. Select an end date of today.

8. Click on Export to CSV.

9. Complete this process for all other options under the Transaction drop down menu (such as cash/fiat wallet, MCO Visa Card, etc.)

These are instructions for the main Crypto.com App. Customer accounts at Crypto.com can also be accessed through two additional apps: Crypto.com Exchange App, and Crypto.com Web. Crypto.com also provides a non-custodial wallet app named Onchain, formerly known as DeFi Wallet. Export instructions for Onchain wallets are provided separately on the next tab. (See below.)

Onchain (formerly known as DeFi Wallet) is a self-custodial wallet application from Crypto.com.

To access your transaction history, you will first need to copy the public addresses from your Onchain wallet, and then use a separate blockchain explorer to view and download the corresponding transactions for each address.

The steps to view and copy a list of the addresses associated with your Onchain wallet are provided below:

1. Log in to the Crypto.com Onchain Wallet app on your mobile device.

2. Click on Wallet List (usually located in the upper left corner). The default name is “Wallet 1.”

3. Click on “Deposit.” You should now be looking at a list of deposit addresses for multiple blockchains, including Ethereum, Solana, Bitcoin, etc.

4. Take a screenshot of the full list.

5. Manually copy-and-paste each relevant addresses into a separate document on your phone (e.g., an email, note, etc.)

6. For example, if you only sent and received assets on the Ethereum blockchain, only the Ethereum deposit address needs to be copied.

Once you have the list of addresses for your Onchain wallet, you can use an online blockchain explorer to view and download the transaction history for each address.

Popular blockchain explorers include Etherscan.io for the Ethereum network and Blockchair.com for Bitcoin.

Follow instructions provided on the blockchain explorer website to download/export the transaction history.

Exodus is a self-custodial wallet application.

Transaction history from Exodus can be downloaded from its mobile app, or on a web browser on a computer.

Instructions to download transaction history are provided on the Exodus website and summarized below.

From the Exodus Mobile App

1. Tap the Wallet icon.

2. If you have multiple portfolios, tap the Portfolio icon in the upper left corner, then select the portfolio you want to export. If you have only portfolio, skip this step.

3. Tap on the History icon in the top right corner. (It looks like a clock, circled by an arrow.)

4. The app will automatically export All Types of transactions. (Don’t change that setting, unless you want to filter the results by Sent, Received, Swapped, Bought or Sold.)

5. Tap the Download icon in the top right corner. (It looks like a downward arrow.)

6. Tap Open File to view, download or send the .CSV file containing your exported transaction history.

From the Desktop

Instructions to download transaction history from Exodus Desktop are very similar to the process for Exodus Mobile Wallet, described above.

One key difference is that the .CSV file containing your transaction history will be exported to a folder named "exodus-exports" on your desktop.

Kraken provides instructions to export your transaction history on its website as summarized below.

You will need to complete this process twice: first to download Trades, and second for Ledgers.

These steps should be completed using a web browser on a computer:

1. Sign in to your Kraken account.

2. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner and choose Documents from the drop-down menu.

3. In the Exports section, click the button for Create Export.

4. Select one of the following choices (then repeat the process to obtain a report for the remaining choice):

   (a) Trades: shows details for both margin and non-margin trades

   (b) Ledgers: shows deposits, withdrawals, fees and other balance changes over time

5. Set the following filters:

   (a) Date range to encompass all transactions you have executed with the account, and

   (b) Format to CSV

   (c) Other filters should be set to ALL

6. Click Generate to submit your export request, which will now show in the Exports list under Documents with a status of Queued. Export requests may take up to a week to process, and you will not receive notification when it is ready to download.

7. Your request is ready to download when the download icon is enabled next to your request within the Exports section under Documents. To download, simply click the download icon (↓).

Ledger hardware wallets have a native application, Ledger Live, which can be used to export transaction history for the wallet.

Ledger provides instructions for this process on its website, which are briefly summarized below.

These steps can be completed on a computer:

1. Log in to the Ledger Live app.

2. Click on the Settings gear icon.

3. Click on Help.

4. Click on the Clear button next to Clear Cache. (This will ensure your data is up-to-date and synced with the blockchain.)

5. Return to Settings and click on Accounts.

6. Click on the Save button next to Operation History.

7. Select the relevant accounts, then click Save.

8. Choose a save location for the .csv file and click Save.

Gemini provides instructions to export your transaction history on its website, summarized below.

This process should be completed using a web browser on a computer:

1. Log in to your Gemini account.

2. Navigate to the Transaction History page.

3. Click the Download button next to Exchange Transaction History.

4. Set the date range to encompass all transactions you have executed with the exchange.

5. Click Download .xlsx

Swan Bitcoin provides instructions for accessing user transaction history on its website as summarized below.

The steps to export the records are: 

1. Log in to your Swan Bitcoin account.

2. Go to the Transactions History page.

3. Download/export your transaction history for all years of trading.

Swan Bitcoin changed its custodians for new accounts in February 2024. Transactions prior to December 2024 may be stored as an "archived account” in the Swan dashboard. Current and archived accounts (for all custodians) can be exported through the dashboard.

Uphold provides instructions to export user transaction history on its website as summarized below.

These steps can be completed using a web browser on a computer:

1. Log in to your Uphold account.

2. Click the Activity icon on the left side of the screen. The Activity icon is a circle containing three horizontal lines.

3. On the following screen, there will be a panel labeled Activity. Look for the Document icon in the top right corner. Click on this icon and select Transaction History.

4. Once you click on Transaction History, the report is sent directly to the email address registered to your account.

Trezor’s native application Trezor Suite, allows for the exportation of transaction history for addresses associated with the wallet. The transaction histories for each type of cryptocurrency in each account on the Trezor wallet will need to be exported separately. Trezor provides video instructions for this process on YouTube, which are briefly summarized below. These steps should be done using a computer:

1. Log in to the Trezor Suite application

2. Select the relevant wallet (if there is more than one wallet containing relevant transactions, repeat the following steps for each wallet)

3. Click on Accounts

4. Select the relevant Account (each “account” will correspond to a distinct cryptocurrency or token; if there is more than one type of cryptocurrency or token involved in relevant transactions, repeat the following steps for each type)

5. Click on the three dots […] next to Transactions and select Export as CSV

6. Choose the save location and click Save

7. Repeat the steps for each wallet and account containing relevant transactions

To begin compiling user transaction history from your Trust Wallet, you must first make a list of all relevant addresses within your Trust Wallet, and then use an online blockchain explorer to review the transfer activity.

The steps to view and copy a list of the addresses associated with your Trust Wallet are provided below:

1. Log in to Trust Wallet on your computer or mobile device.

2. From the main screen, select the relevant wallet. (If multiple wallets have been involved in relevant transactions, you will repeat the following steps for each wallet.)

3. Click on the relevant cryptocurrency or token (if multiple types of cryptocurrency/tokens were involved in the relevant transactions, repeat the following steps for each type).

4. Click Receive.

5. Click Copy.

6. Paste the address into a separate document (e.g., an email, note, etc.)

7. Repeat the steps above as necessary.

Next, access an online blockchain explorer (such as Etherscan.io or Blockchair.com) and input the relevant addresses to view their transaction history.
